• backouts are NOT allowed. If you want to backout you must find a replacement, otherwise, you will still be responsible for all payments for that group order moving forward. please let me know if you need to find a replacement and I will do my best to help you find one!
• all payments are due right at the deadline and any payments made after the deadline will have a $1USD late fee added to it for every day you don’t pay it. You can speak to me about extensions but if there is no communication to me initiated by you, i will automatically place a late fee to the money you owe.
• you’re 100% liable for missing your payments if you choose not to look at the group chat during the time payments are collected. this means to MAKE SURE you check your message requests if we aren’t mutuals. if you have not paid your ems at least 1 week after the deadline your claims will be DROPPED with no refund.
• when hosting for sets through my group orders if there is word of mistreatment of the gom to the joiners (this includes overpricing and ghosting/blocking joiners) I have every right to take the set from you. i will send the items personally, and everything else is now mine. as a gom please treat your joiners right. this includes overpricing and ghosting/blocking joiners.
• my ems deadlines are stricter than the average deadline. you do not have a chance to be late for an EMS payment without letting me know first. once the ems deadline hits, your claims will be dropped and put up for sale. no exceptions.
• i do not send mail out videos unless asked. i send 25-50 letters a week during my very limited free time. if you do not feel comfortable with my 300+ proofs please don’t join my group orders :(
